If Fette Sau, Fatty Cue, and Pies 'N' Thighs just wasn't enough, we now have one more smoked meat shrine moving into the neighborhood.
Mable's Smokehouse, an Oklahoma BBQ restaurant, will be opening on the corner North 11th and Berry Street. According the Eater they'll be slinging "Super simple roadside BBQ of the South. 4 meats & 5 sides." Looking forward to the opening in two months time.
